How does the weekly 24 hour trunkshow work?
Our e-shop opens every Thursday NZDT for 24 hours. Opening date however may be subject to change. Limited numbers are available each week.
How long will my item purchased in the 24 hour trunkshow take to make?
Every item is custom made to order.
Our usual production timeframe for items purchased during our 24 hour trunkshow is 2-3 weeks. This may differ depending on production demand and supply chain availability but we will ensure to keep you up to date on your item.
Where are the items made?
All items are made in New Zealand. These are made lovingly and ethically by locally owned manufacturers and independent machinists. We strongly believe in helping support and grow the local manufacturing industry as well as ensuring that all of our garments are made not only to a high standard but in an ethical and transparent manner.
What sizes do you offer?
We aim to be as inclusive as possible with our sizing. We offer sizes NZ 4-24 as well as custom sizes. If you don’t see your size, would like a mixed sized item (ie. different standard base and upper sizes) or alterations to length arm/leg/body length please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
How can I ensure that I order the correct size?
To ensure that the size you order is best suited for you please refer to our size guide. Measurements may vary by style. Please refer to each items fit guide for more specific information or contact us at email@example.com for an items specific measurements.
Do you do pre-order items?
Yes, at times we will place selected items on pre-order outside of our 24 hour trunkshow. These items will be custom made to order with the production and dispatch timeframes noted on each items individual listing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return and refunds policy?
As all our items are made to order specifically for you please take care in making an order and contact us if you have any queries. Unfortunately due to the bespoke nature of the items we cannot offer a refund for change of mind. Credit notes and size exchanges may however be given on returns at our discretion.
If your items arrives faulty or damaged on delivery please let us know within 3 days of delivery. Returns will be subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) and only accepted if the items are:
- Unused with tags attached;
- Free of perfume and/or makeup or any other marks;
- Returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

What type of shipping do you offer?
We offer tracked, signature required shipping worldwide.
Do I need to pay custom fees or taxes?
Custom fees or taxes may apply depending on the purchase value and location. Such fees and taxes will be payable by you.
Do you offer a mending service?
We want your Florence & Fortitude items to last a lifetime so the care we take with each piece won’t end once it leaves us. Our extended care includes the replacement of damaged zips, resewing buttons, replacing missing or damaged buttons and re-hemming. Please contact us at email@example.com to discuss how we can help.
